Jun 09, 2026"Friendly staff, old fashioned ice cream store with both indoor and outdoor seating. I got the salted caramel chip and it was yummy. Johnson’s is just down the road and $1 less for the same serving size. Both are good; Graeter’s has a lot more branding merchandise."

Very friendly and knew what was in each flavor without hesitation. The shop was super clean and nostalgic feeling. Amazing experience would go back often if we lived closer!"

May 13, 2026"The ice cream is fabulous and the staff is great but something felt really off about this location. Then I noticed. The lights are so bright and white it feels like you are in a hospital. I now drive past and comment every time about how unwelcoming the lighting is. Sad."

I've had all kinds of ice cream at literally great places and obviously some bad one's, I'd happily place this on the high end of the top list. Worth the small wait for million smiles.... The staff so awesome, funny helpful and really appreciative... Oh another amazing thing, they donate to charity as well, giving back to the community is a great idea anyday... Wow , I'm going again tomorrow!!"

May 03, 2026"Today (05/10/22)was my first day revisiting this Graeter’s in a few years. Classically decorated and clean. Various flavors to sample before making your purchase. Also, they sell cakes and other sweets. Today, I had their new summer flavor orange & cream on a waffle cone and it was delicious. You may enjoy your frozen sweet either indoors or outdoors. Limited parking one the side of the building and across the street. Nice and friendly staff. Decent prices."

Apr 18, 2026"Since I happened to be in the area, I stopped in today to briefly grab some dessert, vegan cookies and cream ice cream on a waffle cone to be exact. Very tasty! It's 85° degrees today so this was a great idea! On a side note, ice cream clerks and associates were kind and friendly. Even got a couple ice cream samples."

Mar 21, 2026"So perfect, they serve absoutely fantastic flavorful delicious ice cream and other treats such as chocolates. So many choices and varieties on front of you makes your eyes hurt and mind wander. Then you rational senses take over and instead of a cone you order a double dip Raspberry with chocolate chunks and back in up with another scoop of something else. Makes for a perfect night. This place serves outstanding ice cream. Please stop in and enjoy."
